Steve Nelson was a star linebacker for the New England Patriots from 1974 when he was taken in the 2nd round of the draft (34th overall), until 1987. In his 14 year career, Nelly only missed 3 games. The Patriots honored Nelson by retiring his number 57. This helmet is on display at The Sports Museum, TD Garden, Boston, Massachusetts.
